Villa Nova - The best tavern pizza in the area, and delivers late! Also a great place to visit if you want to get out of the house.
Mario's Pizza - Right here in Union Pier, Mario's makes great pizza, sandwiches and other Italian dishes.

The Historian Lounge - open until midnight, kitchen until 10 pm [Takes reservations]
