- Breakfast includes locally roasted coffee from Red Arrow Roasters
- As much as possible, it includes local eggs and produce grown on family farms in Southwest Michigan
- When Hillary isn't doing the baking, baked goods come from the very popular and delicious Black Currant Bakehouse located just up the street
- Breakfast is served 9 - 10:30 daily, with coffee available at 8
- Earlier breakfast requests can be accommodated with notice
